Transformational Breathwork

Transformational Breath®  is a powerful tool that helps to integrate and heal on a physical, mental-emotional and spiritual level. It is an active meditation technique using the connected breath.

Benefits of

Transformational Breath®

The effects of Transformational Breath® happen on a

physical, mental-emotional and spiritual level. It can connect you with your inner self and change the autonomic nervous system.

Possible effects are:

  • Release of stuck emotions and trauma

  • Increased Oxygen uptake and detoxification

  • Reduce stress and find calmness

  • Connect with inner self

  • Dissolve mental and physical blockages

  • Mental-emotional release

  • Integration of trauma, physical and mental-emotional pain

  • Release negative belief systems

How does it work?

Transformational Breath® is an active breathing technique using the connected breath, which means that you are breathing without a pause with the mouth open for about 30-90 minutes. Thereby the diaphragm is engaged to ensure a deep breathing and oxygenation of the body. This practice takes place lying down in a relaxed position, either on the back or belly.
It is supported by an individual music set that guides the experience and helps the mind to release and connect to the body.
By exhaling an increasing amount of carbon dioxide blood pH changes, the limbic system is activated
and the brain structure of the frontal and pre-frontal cortex, which is responsible for our ego mind, slows down. This helps to relax and to access and release emotions.

During offline sessions I also include body work which helps to open airspace, release tension and to have a deeper experience, while being supported by your facilitator.

Transformational breathwork sessions can take place offline and online.

How does a session look like ?

After registration you will receive a questionnaire to make sure that you're holistically looked after.

If you breathe with me offline, all you need is comfortable cloths. I also recommend some lip balm.

If you breathe with me online I recommend to lay down on a yoga mat and prepare, blankets, pillow, eye mask, tissues, something to drink and fully charged headphones.

The session itself starts with an introduction talk and finding an intention for the upcoming breathing session. I explain the sequence and what you can expect during the session. We also leave time for requests.

After a short break we start the breathing session either with dancing to get away from the ego mind or a short meditation sequence, before we continue with the connected breath. Throughout the entire session you will be guided and supported by me.

Towards the end of the session we will change to a calm and relaxed nasal breathing and you are slowly guided back.

Afterwards there is time for questions, sharing and integration.

The experiences can be very divers. Please do not underestimate the potential effects of a Transformational Breath® session and make up enough time before and especially after the session. Make sure that you have enough time for integration and refrain from making important decisions right afterwards.
