As a life and career coach I counsel and support clients in their personal and career challenges. Coaching enables them to gain clarity and to find solutions in order to reach their personal goals.
Based on the individual situation and needs of my clients I combine different systemic coaching methods, positive psychology and mindfulness.

Life and career coaching can improve mental well-being, resilience and mental fitness, but it is not therapy and cannot replace mental healthcare.
